A new giving platform - How to get started

We are excited to share with you that we are moving to a new giving system! Our new system (PushPay) will make giving as fast, simple, and secure as possible.

We’ve put together below the steps you’ll need to follow to get an account setup in your preferred giving method. We believe this is going to a blessing to you!

Make a one-time payment from our website (https://rock.church), follow these steps:

• Visit our giving page at https://rock.church/give
• 1 Click “Give Now” under the PushPay option.
• Enter the amount that you want to give.
• Under Gift Type, select “Give one time.”
• Complete all fields on the page, and select “Next.
• If you do not have a Pushpay account yet, you will be prompted to create one by verifying your mobile number and entering your name and email address.

Create a recurring payment schedule from our website (https://rock.church), follow these steps:

• Visit our giving page at https://rock.church/give
• Click “Give Now” under the PushPay option.
• Enter the amount that you want to give.
• Under Gift Type, select Set up recurring.
• Make appropriate selections for Frequency and Starting date.
• Complete all fields on page, and select Next.
• If you do not have a Pushpay account yet, you will be prompted to create one by verifying your mobile number and entering your name and email address.

Note: If you already have a Pushpay account, you will be prompted to verify your mobile number after confirming your recurring payment details and payment method.

First time setting up Text Giving:

• Text “GiveRock” and “Amount” to 77977 (eg. GiveRock 50)
• Tap link to complete one-time registration.
• Confirm Amount and Giving Type > tap Next.
• Confirm payment method > tap Give.
• Donor will receive a confirmation text and email for their donation.

Note: Subsequent use of Text Giving only requires texting “Amount” to 77977 (eg. 50). You will receive a confirmation text and email for your donation.

To manage recurring payments or add/delete a payment method:

• Login to your account at https://rock.church/manage_giving.
• Manage recurring gifts
• Manage payment methods
• Manage security and more!
